Shipping & Returns
Shipping: All no!no! devices are kitted and packaged to order with a turnaround time of 1-2 days, not including weekends or holidays. Packages are shipped from our warehouse in Connecticut via FedEx Smart Post and delivery typically takes up to 10 business days depending on the location of the customer. If you would like to receive your no!no! sooner, there is an option for rush or one-day shipping at checkout. There is an additional fee for these expedited shipping methods.
Returns: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all no!no! devices purchased directly through our website. If you are not satisfied with your results within this time, you can call our customer service team at 1-800-390-9584 and our agents will assist with the return process. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once the return package has been delivered to the warehouse, we will issue a refund for the full product price.
Cancellation: We use an automated system to fulfill and ship all no!no! kits. Because of this, we cannot cancel an order once it has processed in the system. It typically takes an hour for order to process so we offer a one-hour cancellation policy. If you decide you no longer want your order after this time, you will have to wait for the order to be delivered and follow the instructions noted in our return policy.
